About l-Theanine – 120 Capsules

Derived from green tea and produced via fermentation as Suntheanine, l-Theanine is the active component linked to tea’s calming effects. Pure Encapsulations’ formula supports mental balance and helps moderate stress while preserving alertness.

Unlike many relaxants that induce fatigue, l-Theanine enhances alpha brain waves associated with a calm yet alert mental state and may also reduce the stimulating effects of caffeine.*

This makes it ideal for midday support, focus, or tension relief without sedation.
