Dosing For LDN Capsules

Most patients start LDN capsules with a 1.5 mg dose and adhere to the following schedule:

Week 1: 1.5 mg daily at bedtime.
Week 2: 3 mg (two 1.5 mg capsules) daily at bedtime.
Week 3+: 4.5 mg daily at bedtime.

Studies show that LDN has increased benefits when taken at night. However, the dosing time can depend on the patient’s individual needs.

Additionally, some patients may need to titrate dosage slower, and we can accommodate any necessary changes.
