How Does Dosing Work?

Most patients start LDN capsules with a 1.5 mg dose and adhere to the following schedule:

Week 1: 1.5 mg daily at bedtime.
Week 2: 3 mg (two 1.5 mg capsules) daily at bedtime.
Week 3+: 4.5 mg daily at bedtime.
